Outside, if you can trim back bushes or grass touching the house and pick up any pet toys or kids' items in the yard, that helps us treat the perimeter more thoroughly. Beyond that, just be ready to point out any specific areas of concern — that's often the most useful thing you can do.

Pest control isn't always instant, especially with ants and spiders, since it can take a little time for the treatment to work its way through a colony or nest. But if you're still seeing consistent activity after a service, that tells us something needs adjusting, and we'd rather come fix it than have you living with the problem. Rodents typically take one to three weeks to get fully under control depending on the size of the problem, and tougher cases like bed bugs can take several visits over a few weeks. If you're not seeing improvement after about two weeks, that's your cue to call us back so we can take another look — that follow-up is already part of your service.
